Ingredients

  • 15g organic Turmeric
  • 15g organic Ginger
  • Teaspoon of a quality organic oil
  • Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Black pepper (1/3 of a teaspoon if you can handle it)
  • Raw honey for taste.

Method

Wash and blend the ginger and turmeric adding the oil and a tablespoon of water. Mix in the cinnamon and pepper and put the lot into a coffee mug. Pour just off boiling water (about 90 deg), add raw honey for taste, let it seep for 1 minute, stir and sip until it’s all gone (including any lumps).  I think you will be amazed how much better you feel 20 minutes later.
