We proudly produce Certified Organic garlic, ginger, turmeric and lemongrass on our farm in Dairyville – right next to a national park near Coffs Harbour, North Coast, NSW, Australia. We like to call our fresh produce “happy food” because our focus is to provide great soil and all the nutrients and biology for the plants to grow the way they want – thus happy!
Organic farming is a bit like being a facilitator for the produce to fully express itself in growth and taste. It takes time to build the soil and diversify the biology in it, but doing so is very rewarding. It reduces pest and disease attacks and grows nutrient-dense food that we believe is much healthier.
